Yes we have a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee from your order date.

This means that anytime within your first 30 days you can have your money back for any reason

If you received any free domain names as part of your order then your refund will be minus the cost of the domains which will still be registered and available for you to use with PAC or another provider.

Domain Names, SSL Certificates, CPanel/Cloud Linux Licenses are not covered by the 30 day guarantee.
We do not offer free trials of our hosting services however we do offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days.
Website Hosting, Domain Names and SSL certificates are setup immediately on payment.

Reseller Hosting, VPS Servers and Dedicated Servers are setup usually within 1-2 hours.
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

For large companies we also may offer 30 day accounts upon request, please contact us for details.
All our website hosting packages are capable of hosting more than 1 domain.

The specific amount varies by hosting plan and can be found on our website hosting plans page.

To add more websites you use the addon domain function within cPanel (your website hosting control panel).
We own and operate our own servers and equipment.

You can login to your hosting control panel by the following method.

From within your client area then from the menu select "Services" then "My Services"

Now click the line of the service you want to log into and you will find a link to login to cpanel in the actions menu.
You can log into webmail by opening your browser and going to www.yourdomain.com/webmail

Don't forget to substitute www.yourdomain.com with your actual domain name!

You will then be presented with a login page, please enter your full email address as the username and then enter your email account password and click "Login"

You will then be asked which webmail program you would like to use, you can interchange between any one of them each time you login.

If you find a favourite next time you login please click on "Set as default" and then go into your chosen webmail program as normal.

Next time you login you will be taken straight to the webmail program you chose as your default.
You can reset you cPanel login by the following method.

From within your client area then from the menu select "Services" then "My Services"

Now click the line of the service you want to reset the password for and you will find a link to "Change Password" in the actions menu.
The ASSP anti spam system is on by default for all website hosting accounts.

You can turn the anti spam system off simply by raising a support ticket with technical help HERE

This can be turned off fully across your whole cPanel account or just individual email accounts, please specify this in your ticket.

You can also request it be turned back on if you wish.
When you receive your invoices depending on your product the description may say for example:

"cPanel_Starter_v1 - yourdomainname.com"

Other examples may be basic, business or business+

All with or without a prefix of cPanel_ and with our without a v1.

For our website hosting customers the ASSP anti spam system sends an email of the last 24 hours emails it deemed as spam for you to check each day.

You can turn the report off by raising a support ticket with technical help HERE

This can be turned off fully across your whole cPanel account or just individual email accounts, please specify this in your ticket.

You can also request it be turned back on if you wish.

In addition when it is on or off you can receive an up to date roundup at anytime by emailing

blocklist@yourdomainname.com

Obviously substituting yourdomainname.com with your actual domain.
You can renew your domains early at anytime for anything up to 10 years although some domains have restrictions on when you can renew and for how many years.

To view and renew your domains early please visit your client area then from the menu select "Domains" then "Renew Domains"
To make changes to your domain visit your client area

Then from the menu select "Domains" then "My Domains" and click on the line of the domain you want to manage.

You will now be able to perform management task on your domain for example:

Change your name servers
Change your domain contact infor
Obtain your EPP code

And more.
To avoid any delays it is useful to provide as much info as possible but essentially:

When opening a support ticket please provide a good description of what is happening and also include any error codes or messages you receive.

Also if relevant include exact steps to recreate the error including any logins if necessary as this will allow us to recreate it and resolve it quicker.

Having this information in the opening ticket really helps as we then don't have to reply asking you for it.
