Unable to send email from Microsoft Outlook "Outlook Error 0x800CCC13 Cannot connect to the network" Also when you test your account settings it all tests fine and you also get the Outlook test message without problem. But sending new emails or replying to emails it does not send and returns the error above. We have been seeing this with customers who have Windows 8.1 and 10, This is a problem with corrupt files on your PC/Laptop. All being well you should see Command Prompt - Desktop App Now right click the words "Command Prompt" and left click "Run as administrator" In the command prompt window that opens type the following command SFC /scannow And press return Now open Outlook and try to send your email again. All being well this should resolve the corrupted files on your pc/laptop that are causing this issue. On some occasions if the above does not work you may need to type the following in a command prompt (run as administrator as above) sfc /scannow And press return You may according to Microsoft have to run this up to 3 times, once you have done Microsoft recommend running SFC again. So again open a command prompt as an administrator and type the following command SFC /scannow And press return. After this your problem should be resolved. Paul Nesbitt | |
