cPanels Error Pages allow you to customize what your visitors are presented with should they trigger an error. By default the error pages are directed to a simple error page for example;

This can be customized by you to be potentially more thematic with your site and your needs. A Good understanding of HTML is a good idea if you wish to do this, however there are many online 3rd part page builder sites that can assist you. Once you click on the error code you wish to customize you will be presented with a basic HTML editor for you to use.
