Edit System Mail Preferences

This section allows you to configure email forwarders in order that you can receive mail about your server on a third party personal email address.

By default your server will normally send you notifications via the contact addresses provided by you when you set up the root account.

You can add forwarders for root, nobody and cPanel.

Edit System Mail Preferences

Root is where you will likely receive notifications about problems and activity on the server.

Nobody will collect bounces from mail sent through php mail as an example.

cPanel account receives alerts that WHM sends about users’ cPanel accounts (for example, quota and bandwidth overage notices).

Once you have made any changes make sure to click update.
