Theme Manager

This interface allows you to manage the themes for cPanel, Login, Webmail and WHM. Themes affect the layout and style of the WHM & cPanel interfaces and are ment to provide aesthetics not fuctionality.

The interface allows you to manage the following themes;

Paper Lantern — This is the theme that appears in the cPanel interface for any cPanel users who using the Paper Lantern theme. When you click on "Manage Theme" for Paper Lantern, the system will redirect you to WHM's Customization interface.
cPanel — This is the theme that appears in the cPanel interface for cPanel users who use alternative cPanel interface themes.
Login — This is the theme that appears on the cPanel login interface.
Webmail — This is the theme for webmail clients that ship with cPanel & WHM.
WHM — This is the theme that appears in the WHM interface. You, the web host, and your resellers will see this theme.

When you click on "Manage Themes" under any of the cPanel, Login, Webmail and WHM icons you will be presented with the following;

If a theme does not currently exist outside of the default you will only be able to upload a new theme to the server.

Select the theme file from your local computer by clicking "Choose File". cPanel theme files use a ".cptheme" file extension. The ".cptheme" file is a ".tar.gz" file.
Click on "Upload". The new theme should appear in the "Themes table".

Once themes exist on the server for that item you will be able to view the following additional options;

"View a snapshot of the theme" - To view a snapshot of the theme, click the view (picture icon) icon that corresponds to the theme that you wish to view.

When you clone a theme, the system will create a copy of the theme. In order to clone a theme, perform the following;

Click the clone icon that corresponds to the theme that you wish to edit.
Enter the name for the newly-cloned theme in the new interface. Be aware that when you create a custom webmail theme you should use the same name as your cPanel theme.
Finally click "Submit".

The system will then clone the theme and display it in the "Themes" table.

"Download a theme" - In order to download a theme, click "Download" (green arrow). This allows you to save disk space on your server as you can then delete themes so that old or unused themes do not take up disk space.

"Delete a theme" - To delete a theme, click Delete ("x" icon) and click Yes on the following interface to confirm that you wish to delete the theme.
